Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, delivery times are approximately:

  • Australia: 3-7 business days (via Australia Post)
  • International: 7-12 business days (via International Couriers)

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processes.

Shipping Costs
  • Australia: Free express shipping on all orders.
  • International: Free express shipping on orders over $250 AUD.

    A flat rate of $25 AUD applies to international orders under $250 AUD.

    All parcels are tracked and insured for your peace of mind.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.

Order Cancelling

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll confirm the cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Delayed Orders

Please allow an additional 2 working days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, as shipping networks can occasionally experience delays. Use your tracking number to monitor progress.

If your parcel has not arrived after this period, contact our support team with your order number for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description so we can resolve it promptly.
