How To Use The LumiEye™
Before First Use
Fully charge your LumiEye™ pods upon receiving your device.
Please note: There is no on/off button.
1. Cleanse & Prepare
Start with clean, completely dry skin to ensure optimal patch adhesion and microcurrent conductivity.
2. Attach Pods to Patches
Secure the LumiEye™ pods onto the EMS patches before placing them on your face.
3. Apply to Eye Area
Remove both pods from the charging dock at the same time. The pods will automatically activate and begin a complete 10-minute treatment session.
Attach the pods to the patches and gently position them onto the targeted eye area, ensuring they sit comfortably and make full contact with the skin.
- Red Pods: Place underneath the eyes to target puffiness, dark circles, sagging and hollowness.
- Gold Pods: Place under and around the outer eye area to support crow’s feet, fine lines and brow lift.
Note: If you feel any discomfort, gently adjust the patches until they are comfortable. Once positioned correctly, close your eyes, relax and allow the treatment to run its full course.
4. Intelligent EMS Technology
During treatment, LumiEye™ automatically adjusts frequency based on skin detection and cycles through programmed EMS modes to ensure balanced stimulation.
It is completely normal if one side pulses at a slightly different pace. Both pods follow the same treatment course and deliver equal muscle activation by the end of the session.
5. Automatic Shut-Off
After 10 minutes, the pods will automatically power down.
6. Remove & Store
Gently remove the patches after use. Wipe clean and return them to their original protective packaging to maintain longevity.

Gold Pod: Crow’s Feet, Fine Lines & Brow Area
Features a larger, contoured patch designed for the upper eye area, helping target crow’s feet, fine lines and brow support with precision.
Red Pod: Under-Eye Area & Eye Bags

How often should I use LumiEye™?
